The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will pass to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued.
